Architects have achieved in their contribution to
the restoration of Hakone Gardens The oldest
Japanese Estate and Gardens in the entire
Western Hemisphere. Hakone gratefully salutes
and commends Ogata kai for their superb
masterly and workmanship and for their
outstanding volunteer spirit to this authentic
jewel of Japan in America which will be
cherished and valued from generation to
